Your tasks

As Senior Partner Relationship Manager (m/f/x) you will be responsible for guiding your portfolio companies to achieve the next generation of healthcare. In addition, you will coordinate your team of Partner Relationship Managers who work closely with you to implement your strategy for each of the partner companies.

  • As the first contact person to your partner companies’ management team you will take responsibility for communication and coordination with our partners at management level.
  • You will enable your team of Partner Relationship Managers to coordinate and supervise the various components of our Pioneer Program starting from strategy workshops or research deliverables to comprehensive project management.
  • You will work with every partner in your portfolio on their specific strategic projects towards next generation healthcare. This includes strategy development, research, project management setup, strategic networking and matchmaking as well as ongoing client communication.
  • You will work with various startups, who are aligned with the field of interest of our partners, thereby actively supporting collaboration between our partners and selected startups.
  • You will represent our company on selected national and international events such as the Charité Entrepreneurship Summit or the DMEA.
  • You will be a trusted sparring partner to the management team and ensure a company wide knowledge exchange.

Requirements

  • You have a proven track record of at least five years with health insurances, consulting or related fields preferably with a focus on business development, strategy or innovation management.
  • An important pillar of our success is expertise. Therefore, you must have a deep understanding of the healthcare system and digital health, especially in the field of health insurances.
  • You are up to date with relevant laws and current initiatives.
  • You have experience in cooperative projects or collaborations between multiple companies which enables you to become the perfect sparring partner for the partner companies working with Flying Health.
  • You are service-oriented and have a client-first mentality as well as high expectations for yourself and your deliverables.
  • You have business sense – and creating new value chains and business models for our partner from various industries is part of your expertise.
  • You feel comfortable in a fast-changing work environment, you can prioritize according to our strategy and values, and meet competitive deadlines.
  • You are ambitious, work independently, take personal initiative, and have a natural sense of responsibility.
  • You are business fluent in speaking and writing German and English. To be able to communicate with our non-English speaking partners, German fluency is a must.
