Flying Health and the Deutsches Ärzteblatt launch “Praxis Salon” format

The “Praxis Salon” format initiated by the Deutsches Ärzteblatt in collaboration with Flying Health will continue nationwide in 2024:

  • As part of the format, Annette Rennert, a general practitioner in Dortmund, and Dr. Nicolas Kahl, a specialist in a general practitioner in Nuremberg, opened the doors to their practices at the end of 2023 and shared their personal experiences and learnings on digital topics with their colleagues.

  • Together with the Deutsches Ärzteblatt, we have created a new platform to foster the exchange among outpatient doctors. The goal of the practice salon evenings is to learn about what other practices are already implementing, the benefits that arise from it, and how challenges are dealt with.

  • As part of an excursion to a selected medical practice, doctors gain insight into the decision-making processes, the concrete implementation of applications, and the feedback during and after implementation from patients and staff directly on-site. In a collegial and familiar atmosphere, participants can ask questions about digitization topics and benefit from the experiences of other colleagues.

The next session is on February 21 in Heidelberg at the joint practice of Dr. Schäfer and Dr. Lamers. Additional dates are already being planned, and we look forward to introducing many more practices in this format to make “Digitization in Medical Practices” more tangible.
