- The Novartis division Sandoz is a global market leader in generics and biosimilars with goal of improving access to healthcare for patients by developing and marketing cost-effective therapies that address unmet medical needs. As part of the Sandoz Group, the two brands Hexal® and 1 A Pharma are operating in Germany. With a broad portfolio ranging from over-the-counter products and highly complex biotechnologically produced medicines to digital therapy and prevention offers, both brands provide doctors and pharmacists with a wide range of therapeutic options and patients with a large variety of preparations and tools to alleviate or cure diseases.
- The Sandoz Innovation Lab is an agile team that functions similarly to an internal startup within the Sandoz Group that operates in Germany for the Sandoz brands Hexal and 1 A Pharma. Through the Lab, new solutions and innovative ideas for improving the daily life of physicians, patients, and Sandoz employees are tested. Additionally, the team aims to identify new partnerships and collaboration opportunities in the fields of e-health and digital medical care.
- Through the ecosystem membership, Flying Health provides the Sandoz Innovation Lab team operating for Hexal and 1 A Pharma with direct access to the Flying Health community, including a wide range of events, communication channels, and membership services.
